The Landholders’ Right to Refuse (Gas and Coal) Bill 2015 is open for public comment.
Submissions close Friday 29th May 2015.
If you would like to lodge a submission in support of the Bill, but don’t have the time to draft one yourself; please feel free to use the submission template found here:
Please follow these instructions when using the template:
- Enter all relevant information into the fields that are highlighted on page 1 (date, name and if making a submission on behalf of an organisation; your position and why you are authorised). Then go to page 8 and enter your name, address, phone number and email address in the highlighted field there. These details must be entered or the submission will be invalid.
- After entering your information, please delete the instructions in the highlighted fields. To delete the highlighting, please select the area with you mouse and then click on the highlighter icon found in the task bar above. This will remove the highlighting.
- Now save the document with your name or organisations name followed by ‘Submission on the Landholders’ Right to Refuse (Gas and Coal) Bill 2015. You may wish to save it as a pdf however the Senate Committee will do this once it has been received so it is fine to save it as a word document.
- Now email the submission to firstname.lastname@example.org signing the email with your name and contact details. You can lodge submissions online by following this link.
